VOLUME (PLASTIC INJECTION) MOLDING

Volume (Plastic Injection) Molding: This type of molding involves shaping liquid plastic raw materials by pressing them under high pressure, encompassing a vast sector from packaging to automotive.

SHEET METAL (CUTTING AND SHAPING) MOLDING

Sheet Metal (Cutting and Shaping) Die Making: This involves the manufacturing of progressive and tandem dies that cut, bend, or shape sheet metal under press machines.

PERMANENT CASTING AND PRESSURE CASTING MOLDS

Die Casting and Pressure Die Casting Molds: This involves the production of permanent steel molds into which molten light metals (aluminum, zinc/zamak) are pressed.

FORGED DICE MAKING

Forging Molds: These are high-strength molds in which hot or cold metal blocks are shaped by forging under presses and hammers.

THERMOFORMING AND BLOW MOLDING MOLDS

Thermoforming and Blow Molding Systems: These are molding systems where plastic sheets are shaped by heating and vacuum forming (thermoforming) or used to produce hollow plastics such as PET bottles.
